Skingenius Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Skingenius mobile and web application (“Skingenius” or the “Service”), which is owned and operated by Cleanerino Company (“Cleanerino,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Welcome to Skingenius, the skincare recommendation app designed to provide personalized advice based on your skin type, concerns, allergies, sensitivities, ingredient preferences, lifestyle, and more. By accessing or using Skingenius, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Skingenius, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Your use of the App — including submitting personal information and using the product scan — constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Skingenius is owned and operated by Cleanerino Company. These Terms govern access to and use of the Skingenius app for mobile and web.
2. About Skingenius and Our Services
Skingenius provides personalized skincare recommendations based on your input (e.g., skin type, allergies, lifestyle) using proprietary algorithms. The service may also allow scanning products to help determine fit for your needs.
Future features may include premium subscriptions or commission-based revenue. Any such changes will be reflected in updated Terms.
3. User Registration and Account Use
You must create an account to access certain features, providing accurate, current information. Age requirement: 18+ or, if 13–18, only with parental/guardian consent. You’re responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping login details secure.
Do not provide false or misleading info, or allow unauthorized use of your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected breach.
4. Personalized Recommendations & Scan
Recommendations are based on user input. They are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health concerns.
Product scans use current data and algorithms. Results may not be comprehensive or error-free. Perform due diligence before making decisions.
5. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect personal data on account creation (name, email, birthdate, skin details, etc.) if provided, and usage data from interactions/scans for improving service.
Currently, no personal data is shared with third parties or connected to social media. Any future integrations will be disclosed and require updated consent. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Paid Features and Subscriptions
Premium features are offered via subscription. By subscribing, you agree to Skingenius’s published pricing, billing in advance on a recurring basis, and our cancellation policy.
Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime; refunds are not issued for partial periods unless required by law.
7. User Content and Feedback
Content you submit (e.g., reviews) remains yours. You grant Skingenius a license to use, modify, and display your content to operate and promote the app.
You must not post content that is false, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, infringing, or illegal.
8. Use Restrictions and Intellectual Property
Use Skingenius lawfully. Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app or its technology. All IP—including app design, trademarks, and algorithms—is owned by Skingenius or its licensors.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our IP without written permission.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Skingenius and all features are provided ‘as is’. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of recommendations or scan results. Information does not replace professional advice.
Skingenius disclaims warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app, recommendations, or scan results.
10. Termination and Suspension
You may terminate your Skingenius account at any time. Some user-submitted content may remain after termination. Termination will not affect obligations accrued prior.
We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, access to your account and content may be lost.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Contact Skingenius Support to resolve concerns. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration, not in court, except for qualifying small claims.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. For unresolved matters, Delaware state or federal courts have jurisdiction, except where local small claims court applies.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified in the App or by email. Continued use implies acceptance of updated Terms.
If you disagree with any changes, you may terminate your account.
13. Additional Provisions
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Skingenius may assign these Terms without your consent.
These Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy and referenced policies, constitute the full agreement between you and Skingenius.
